Homeschool Routine 2019/20

Asalamu alaykum ladies,

We started our routine for the new school year today.  You may be wondering, ‘huh, you hardly took a break!’. But that’s because we year-round homeschool and tend to take time off when we need.  Sometimes that can be a chunk of time, and other times extended weekends.

This is how our routine looks for the new year looks though I’m pretty sure it will change down the line!  These are our group subjects and don’t include independent Math assigned reading/read alouds, Qur’an revision, Arabic homework or outdoor activities!  It’s going to be a busy year insha’Allah but I’m really excited!

My goal is to have all the group subjects done before Dhuhr.  I know it seems unrealistic but most of us are morning people alhamdulillah, and I always feel better getting things done in the morning so the afternoon can be filled with outdoor time.
