Asalamu’alaykum ladies,
the blessed days of Dhul-Hijjah are almost upon us alhamdulillah. Last year, after a thorough deep clean, I made a simple banner for the kids to encourage them in extra acts of worship. This year, I made a digital version which we will be using, and you can also use in your home too.
The cards are mainly to serve as reminders, not that we increase in that particular act of worship for that day only, though there are some acts of worship that are more specific such as fasting on the day of Arafah. Other activities are more so to study Hajj in more detail. There are ten cards in total; one for each day (for the first ten days of Dhul Hijjah.)
To assemble, you can make a banner by glueing the letter onto a folded piece of card, and the writing under the flap, like we did last year (see below). Or you can glue them back to back and use them as cards.
